He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Ruotolo and Elizabeth Ruotolo; and his siblings, Marie Hancock and Daniel Ruotolo. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Ruotolo; and his children, Wayne Ruotolo (Brenda), Michael Ruotolo (Karen), Debbie VanLiew (Ron), David Ruotolo (Andrea), Brian Ruotolo (Trish) and Christy Rodriguez. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
