She was predeceased by: her parents, John Russell and Pearl Thomas Johnson. She is survived by: her husband James G. Smith; her children, Lynda Barnes (John) of Chandler, AZ and Matthew J. Smith (Pam) of Boise; her sister Colleen Emery (Gayle); her grandmother Lola; her husband Jim; and also Medical. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
