He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Herb and Lillian Herb (Valinote). He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughters, Dawn Amberg (Bob) of Edison, NJ, Dana Diakunczak (Jeff) of Eatontown, NJ and Stephanie Swiontek (Marcus) of Phoenix, AZ; his grandchildren, Bobby, Brianna, Ashley, Michael, Kendall and Natalie; and his sister Linda Willinger (Scott) of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nephews.
