He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his sons, Scott Tonkinson and Dr. Gregory Tonkinson; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his sister Lynn Brent; his grandchildren, Ryan, Caden (Nicole), Megan (Mat), Bailey, Zachary, Malia and Luke; his great grandchild Katerina; his niece Laurie (Frank) of New York; and also, Michael Brent (Marisa) and Peter John Brent (Suki) of Florida.
