It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine Sloane Holmberg (Chandler, Arizona), leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Peter Blake, Ted and Alice Sloane. She is survived by: her parents, David Sloane (Barbara Sloane) and Caroline Sloane (John Greer); her grandmother Susan Blake; her siblings, Peter Sloane (Alyssa Sloane), Alice Sloane-Augustine (Matthew Augustine), Jennifer Chapman (Ryan Chapman) and Melissa Greer; and her nieces and nephews, Sophia, Charlotte Sloane-Augustine, Lincoln, Olivia and Luke Chapman. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
