He is survived by: his mother Evelyn Fox Welker of La Vista; his sons, Marc Welker of Lexington and Matthew Welker of Somerset, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Stormi, Sailor and Willow; and his siblings, Kyle Dixon (Bill) of Papillion, Lisa O'Brien of Bradenton, Kristen Blake (David) of Melbourne, Florida and Eric Welker (Janice) of Parker, Colorado. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
