He is survived by: his wife Avis Kohn; his sons, Mark, John and Matthew; his grandchildren, Mia, Stephen, Meredith, Samuel, Seth, John Anthony, Joshua, Michael, Gwen, Maria, Lily, Zoe and Max; and his great grandchildren, Myla, Calin, Vinyl and Elaina.
