He was predeceased by: his mother Opal Matheus; his siblings, Doug Matheus, Laquata Estes, Juanette Petefish and Rita Meindle; and his grandson Todd Masterson.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Matheus; his daughters, Carrie Dawn Schnapps and Teresa Jean Masterson; his grandchildren, Levi Schnapp, Dillon Schnapp, Lacey Chivarra and Shelby Hulsey; and his great grandchildren, PJ Schnapp, Ezequiel Chavirra, Christiano Chavirra, Xavier Chavirra and Dalton Schnapp.
