He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marion Brooks and Viola Brooks; his wife Sheila J. Brooks; his children, Nancy Littlewood (Mark), Paula Giles and Barry Brooks; his sisters, Janice Currie (Milton) and Donna Fuqua; his children, Jerry Brooks, Jr. and Deborah Marston; and his sister Charlotte Brunstein. He was also cherished by six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren and four stepchildren.
Memorials may be given to the Chandler Center of the Arts – Jerry Brooks Legacy Fund or the Hospice of the Valley.
