He was predeceased by: his parents, James Shelley and Velma Catheryn Kulbeth (Word); and his half-brother Mark Kulbeth. He is survived by: his wife Kay Kulbeth; his children, Shelley Gill (David), Shannon Steadman (Michael) and Justin Kulbeth; his sisters, Alice Johnson-McKinney and Kathy Ripley (Steve); and his stepdaughters, Teresa Dozier and Nicole Zahri. He is also survived by 3 step-grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
Through his struggles with Alzheimer's, he lost many things, but never let go of his love of life and his engaging sense of humor!
