He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton L. Clark and Harriet J. (Millar); and his siblings, David Clark (Judy), Marilyn Bents (Kurt), Jean Krumm (Neil) and Karen Smith (Larry).
He is survived by: his children, Paul Clark (Amy), Todd Clark (Valerie), Karl Clark (Annette), Jamie Storlie (Josh), Deborah MacKenzie (Scott), Cathy Husmann (Mike) and Steve Hekel (Raquel); his family Jim; his grandchildren, Whitney (Chad), Taylor, Anastasia, Boris, Maria, Joseph, Jordan, Annabelle, Odin (Vanessa), Eva, Kyle, Phi, Peyton, Morgan, Emma, Sean and Ava; his great grandchildren, Shawn and Cain; his wife Ann Clark of Phoenix, AZ; his former wife Jo-Ann Clark of Eau Claire, WI; his sister Nancy Maki (Dick) of Mounds View, MN; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Beers (Mary Durfee) of Newbury, VT, Kurt Bents of Rice Lake, WI and Judy Clark of New Braunfels, TX. He is also survived by his seven children, seventeen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Jim's memory to Desert Botanical Garden Phoenix, Arizona or The Arbor Day Foundation.
