He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert O. Goar and Delia V. Goar; his son Scott Goar; his siblings, Leon Goar and Elaine Middaugh; and his nephew Mark Udell.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Goar of Tucson, AZ.; his daughter Brenda Goar Bevilacqua (Joe Wogan); and his sister Myrna Udell (Don). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
