He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Malachowski and Jerome Malachowski; and his sisters, Pat Giambra and Audry Clare. He is survived by: his wife Linda Moschgat; his daughters, Dawn Malachowski and Eve Tagliarino; his son-in-law Jay Tagliarino; his grandson Dominic Tagliarino; his stepdaughters, Stefanie Long and Mere Bradley of Nebraska; and his siblings, Sandy Penn, Jerry Malachowski and Gail Taft. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
