He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Gunnar Oppen and Bessie May Rogers Oppen. He is survived by: his children, Onalee R Pallas, Lora E Baker and Cyndi L Luciano; and his grandchildren, Michael, Heidi, Amy, Laura, Jennifer, Jessica and Brian.
