He is survived by: his family, Gary, Jr. (Chris), Christine (Michael), Amy (Jim) and Dave (Velvet); his siblings, Heidi, Gretchen, Peter, Todd, Carel, John and Brian; his parents, Carel and Janet; and also Michael. He is also survived by wife and children.
