It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Forrest W. Kohler (Chandler, Arizona), born in East Berlin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 21, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clair W. Kohler and Janet I. Kohler (Miller); and his brothers, Dale F. Kohler and Stanford W. Kohler. He is survived by: his wife Shelva Mae Kohler (Calp) of Sun Lakes; his sons, Jon S. Kohler (Shelly) of Queen Creek, AZ and Joel F. Kohler (Lisa) of Mason, OH.; his grandchildren, Scott A. Kohler, Jared F. Kohler and Claire E. Kohler; and his siblings, Lowell K. Kohler of Red Lion and Lois L. Rife of Wichita, Kansas..
