She was predeceased by: her parents, Herlof Algaard and Clara Algaard (Skalet); her husband Richard Forseth; her daughter Barbara; and her siblings, Earl Algaard, Orville Algaard and Marilyn Garbe.
She is survived by: her children, James Forseth (Shannon) of Phoenix, AZ, Daniel Forseth (Jeremy) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Carol Forseth of Chandler, AZ; her grandchildren, Jamie Forseth, Kiefer Forseth, Danica Dosmann and Conner Dosmann; and her brother-in-law Dale Folger. She is also survived by 16 nieces and nephews.
