He is survived by: his wife Loretta Powell; his daughters, Jennifer Powell, Jaini Phelps, Dawn Powell and Pauline Hernandez; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Manwaring, Naya Powell, Lane Dienlin, Melanie Dienlin and Tyler Newsome. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
