He was predeceased by: his sister Bobbie Jean. He is survived by: his wife Janie Mae Salmon; his sons, Donnie, Ricky and Terry; his grandchildren, Melissa, Todd, Cathy Jane, Amber, Sara, McKenna and McCartney; his great grandchildren, Max and Cris; and his siblings, Ronald and Lyn. He is also survived by numerous brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
