He was predeceased by: his wife Velma; and his parents, Elie B Buffard, Jr. and Marjorie "Jean" Buffard. He is survived by: his children, Terry (Rita) and Tina Jones (Michael); his grandchildren, Kyle Buffard, Jazmin Jones, Asher Jones and Kaelyn Buffard; his great grandchildren, Zoey, Bella and Layla; and his siblings, Elliott (Jane), Charles, Brenda Bliss, Sharell Barthol (JR) and Jennifer Buffard. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to current restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic, plans for a memorial service will be announced on a later date.
