He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Pulte (Crouch); his children, Michael (Debbie), Michelle and Dana (Martin); his grandchildren, Justin, Kyle, Chance, Savannah, William, Dawn and Clayton; and his siblings, Leo (Sally) and Janet.
