He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Flatt and Edna Flatt; his former wife Judith Anne Flatt; his son Paul David Flatt; and his brother Warren Flatt.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen; and his children, Scott Flatt (Michele), Sherri Summers and Stephen Flatt (Lynnette). He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great- grandchildren.
