He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Jamie, Francine and Anita; his grandchildren, Lee and Roger; his nephews, Theotis Akins and Shean Akins; his cousin Lamont Draper; his wife Tonya Woods; his parents, Tommesine Black and James Black; his siblings, Jamie, Anita, Francine, Brandi, Lee Jr. and Roger; and his friend Pitbull. He was also cherished by his brother in-law, who he argued with friends he was his brother, not understanding Bill was married to his sister.
