Koch of Scottsdale, AZ; her siblings, Christopher Krusemark of Seattle, WA, Kenneth Krusemark of Chandler, AZ, Cameron Krusemark of Seattle, WA and Cassandra Kauwe (Krusemark) of Mesa, AZ; her brother-in-law Isaac Kauwe of Mesa, AZ; her niece Harper Kauwe; and her nephew Miles Kauwe. She is also survived by family and many friends, and co-workers.
