He is survived by: his wife Marilyn McDermott (Thompson) of Chandler; his sister Shirley Gallardo (José) of St. Paul, MN; and his daughter Christina Mykytiuk (Ken) of Maricopa, AZ. He is also survived by nieces and a nephew.
