He was predeceased by: his parents, Fioravanti Charles Lombardi and Carmela Fiorelli. He is survived by: his half-siblings, Caroline, Delores, Marion, Rita, Emelio and Theodore; his significant other Tillie C. Lombardi; and his children, Nancy M Melbourne (Butch) of Chandler, Robert J Lombardi (Michele) of Mesa and Daniel Lombardi (Wendy) of Scottsdale. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson, several adored nieces, nephews, cousins, a half-brother, half-sisters.
