He is survived by: his parents, Cesar Maldonado Muñoz and Graciela Quintero Maldonado; his wife Clara Francisca Gonzales; his children, Estela Lydia Maldonado and Cesar Santos Maldonado III; and his siblings, Rigoberto Abel Maldonado, Danny Omar Maldonado and Melissa Guadalupe Maldonado.
