He is survived by: his daughter Amber Michelle (Scott); his wife Cathy; and his children, Heather Mielke (Heath), Pat Baldree (Genine) and Jon Baldree (Tiffany). He is also survived by 2 grandchildren and 5 1/2 great grandchildren.
