He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Dana (Tom), Matthew (Shannon) and Tiffany (Dan); his grandchildren, Gregory, Daniel, Taylor, Kate and Evelyn; his siblings, Susan Halvorson (Mike) and Chip Johnson (Patty); and his sister-in-law Mary Jordan (Bill Wood).
