He was predeceased by: his parents, James Nathan and Emma Jean Burnett; and his sister Andrea Kay Burnett. He is survived by: his daughter Shavonne Nicole Burnett of Gilbert, AZ; and his siblings, Vickie Scott (John) of Mesa, AZ, Ivory Burnett of Phoenix, AZ and James Burnett Jr. of Casa Grande, AZ. He is also survived by two Nieces and two Nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
