He was predeceased by: his brother John William Kutchinsky. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Anne Kutchinsky of Chandler, AZ.; his children, Monica Jean Kutchinsky (Jacyln), Aaron Dwayne Kutchinsky (Becky) and Sarah Ann Kutchinsky Atkinson (Robert); his stepchildren, Rick Gill (Julie), Carrie Gill and Adam Gill (Jessica); and his sister Karen Kutchinsky Gordon. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren.
