He is survived by: his children, Dustin James and Jessica Marie (Keith); his wife Mitzi Dee Smith (Cave Creek); his grandsons, Arthur and Clay; and his siblings, Jim (Summer), John (Christina), Richard (Yvonne), Patricia, Maryanne (Mark), Terri, Donna, Diane (Ron) and Kitty (Mark).
