He was predeceased by: his parents, John Konopka and Joanna Konopka; and his sister Diana. He is survived by: his daughters, Stefanie and Sophia; his wife Dena Chavez; and his uncles, Theodore (Linda) and Leonidas (Jessie). He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
