It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeffrey David Berta (Cave Creek, Arizona), born in Farmington, New Mexico, who passed away on January 26, 2019, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joni; his stepchildren, Sarah and Tyler; his parents, Domenic and Laderyl; and his sister Giacinta (Dallas). He was also cherished by two grandchildren, and three nephews.
