She was predeceased by: her mother Cynthia Mosher. She is survived by: her husband David; her daughters, Jennifer Ortiz, Windy Wester and Cynthia Cesena; her father Gilbert Mosher Sr.; her siblings, Gilbert Mosher Jr., Carol Wallace-Phillips, Margie Fournier and Cindy Mosher-Jasso; and her grandchildren, Lucas Ortiz, Cole Wester, Caleb Ortiz, Abigail Wester and Elizabeth Wester. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
