He is survived by: his wife Michele Hughes; his daughter Anne Mickey; his son-in-law Jacob Mollick; and his siblings, Chuck Mickey (Dale), Susan Bornefeld (Gary) and Martha Ferguson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
