She is survived by: her husband Rush Hart of Maricopa, Arizona; her sister Beverly J. Hurley of Centennial, Colorado; her children, Chad Michael Thomas (Keila) of Surprise, Shaun Michael Thomas (Amanda) of Nineveh and Candice Susanne Thomas (Lee Sampson) of Salem, Oregon.; her grandchildren, Cari, Lucy, Charlotte Thomas, Christian, Jeremiah, Keegan Thomas, Jordan and Saiya Sampson; and her great grandchild Avery Thomas. She is also survived by two aunts and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
