She was predeceased by: her parents, Loren Lewis and Dorothy Lewis (Burgeson). She is survived by: her husband Pat of Lakeside, Arizona; her children, Pat Hennessey, Jr. of Lakeside and Alexandra MacCaslin (John) of Casa Grande; her granddaughter Jacklin Miller (Bob) of Yuma, Arizona; and her siblings, Joe Burger of Springfield and Kathy Cruthers (Rick) of Springfield. She is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
