He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Mary Flanagan; his grandmother Frances Johnson; and his stepmother Dr. Doris Nicholas. He is survived by: his father Robert Nicholas; and his siblings, Susan Nicholas, MD, Allen Bean, Rob Nicholas, Damien Pratt and Trevor Nicholas. He is also survived by numerous aunts and cousins.
