It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Iris Trask of Casa Grande, Arizona, born in Napa, California, who passed away on March 18, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wanda Pixley and Houston Pixley; and her son Jerry Dean Tilley. She is survived by: her husband Gail Trask; and her brothers, Bobby (Linda) and Jerry (Sue). She is also survived by Grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins and many friends.

Hazel, having Alzheimer's, had to be placed in a memory care unit in Bristow, Oklahoma until she passed on March 18, 2022.
