He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Sudduth (Jinkins) and Eugene Sr. Sudduth; his brother Robert; his stepdaughter Leda; and his stepgranddaughter Carrie.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Elizabeth Sudduth; his children, Eugene L. Sudduth III (Ginger) of McKinney, TX and Brandy O. Rigewell (Elijah) of La Junta, CO.; his stepdaughters, Carol Tapia of Tucson, Rhonda Hernandez of Phoenix and Serena Smith of Casa Grande; and his siblings, Linda Hardy (Leon) of Post Falls, ID., Barbara Weatherspoon and James Sudduth of Sedalia, MO.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten step- grandchildren, and thirteen step great grandchildren.
