She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Fugate; her former husband Eugene; and her son Stephen. She is survived by: her husband Mac; and her brother Gavin Fugate.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the External Service Location (10940 E Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ 85249).
