He was predeceased by: his parents, Gabriel Urbain and Ferne Elizabeth Stevens Loignon; and his brother Steven. He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Tigh Loignon; his children, Carol (Hossein Talebi), Brenda and David (Julie); and his grandchildren, Alexander (Olivia), Nicholas (Marina Birch) and Madeline.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Joy Catholic Church (36811 N Pima Rd, Carefree, AZ 85377).
