He is survived by: his grandparents, Frank Keith and Carie Keith; his wife Martha; his stepmother Dolly Keith; his children, Scottie Keith (Brenda), Donald, Valee Keith Decker, Julie Rich (Larry) and Tim Keith (Tiffany); and also, Blaine, Chambersburg, Missoula, Tustin, Long Beach, West Hills and Oakdale. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandson.
