He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Costello and Adele Costello; and his siblings-in-law, Alfred Caruso, Jill Seeglitz and Linda Seeglitz.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his siblings, Shirley Caruso and Dennis Costello (Janell); his brothers-in-law, Al Seeglitz and Bill Seeglitz; and his nieces and nephews, Gina (Richard), Vicki (David), Sheri (Jeff), Hollie, Kathy (Hershel), Jenni, Kari (Tom), Patrick (Stephanie) and Billy.
