It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evans Rope of Bylas, Arizona, born in San Carlos, Arizona, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chris Rope and Gertrude Stanley Rope; his wife Rosie; and his son Lariat Rope. He is survived by: his children, Rose Marie Rope, Dave Rope Sr., Evan Rope Jr., Carrie Smithson, Johnny Rope, Evelyn Hinton and Melvalena Kitcheyan. He is also survived by 28 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
