She is survived by: her husband Jack Hensley; her daughters, Ann Sampson (Gerry), Monica Hanson (Scott Russell) and Rhonda Dutton (Bruce); her close friend Jessica; her sisters, Kathy and Colleen Lappe; her sister-in-law Delores; her grandchildren, Jenny Lee, Joni Hanson, Jeremy Hensley, Jeremy Hanson, Paul Doke (Kelsey) and Bobby Sample; and her great grandchildren, Dawson Lee, Devon Lee, Zoey Hanson, Evie Hanson, Hayden Doke, Taylor Doke, Jax Hensley and Jantz Hensley.
