He is survived by: his friend Blanche Tesarek; his wife Blanche; his children, Lee Otto (Cathy), Cathy Sumner of Gilbert and Dan Otto of Buckeye, AZ; his brothers, Walt (Grace) of Il, Richard (Michelle) of Gilbert and Fred; his grandchildren, James Sumner (McKenzie) of Reserve, LA, Tracy Sumner of Crookston, MN, Madison Sumner of Lynchburg, VA, Megan Otto and Nicholas Otto of Buckeye, AZ; and his great grandchildren, Harley, Jacob and Adeline. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
