She was predeceased by: her parents, Francisco Covarrubias and Isidora Iñiguez; and her husband Jose Leon. She is survived by: her children, Connado, Jose (Francisca), Cesar (Lorena), Francisco (Christina), Clarisa, Esther (Ladislao), Valeria (Sergio), Dolores (Cesareo), Patricia (Antonio) and Silvia. She is also survived by her extended family, and friends.
