He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Lewis and Perley Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Cheryn Lewis; his children, Jennifer Lewis and Daniel Lewis, Jr. (Lynn); his stepchildren, Jenna Bloom (Jared), Jasen Gillespie (Shannon), Chad Gillespie and Christopher Watchous; his brothers, Kenneth Lewis (Mary Ann) and Theodore Lewis (Becky); and his grandchildren, Mason Dyrcz, Logan Lewis, Caleb Gillespie, Trystan Lewis, Brody Bloom, Tate Lewis, Logan Bloom and Isabella Bloom. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to St. Mary's Food Bank in Phoenix, Arizona.
